CCU requires our members to have a Personal Identification Number (PID)to protect your privacy. No information will be given over the phone to members without a PID. Please drop by your branch and we will be happy to assist you.

Traveling with a Credit Union MasterCard?
If you are traveling, take note that credit union MasterCard® credit cards are now no longer accepted in Cuba and North Korea. Other countries where credit union MasterCard® transactions are not accepted include Iran, Myanmar (Burma), and Sudan. Your credit union MasterCard is accepted at more than 28 million locations worldwide and travel arrangements, such as airfare, all-inclusive vacations and tours can still be purchased using your credit union MasterCard® prior to your visit to any country, including those on the restricted list. However, you will need to plan for alternative methods of payment once you are in restricted areas.

Avoid e-mail scams
Please be aware that no credit union association, regulator, state league or association, or Community Credit Union would send you a message via e-mail asking for identification numbers. If you receive these messages do not use the link and simply delete it.
